Stanforth Creative Group provides professional real estate media services, including photography, aerial photography and videography, video tours, 360° virtual tours, floor plans, Zillow 3D Home® tours, community photography, and related marketing media.
Service availability may vary depending on location, weather, scheduling, and FAA regulations for drone operations.
Scheduling
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- Please ensure the property is ready prior to our arrival.
- Delays caused by an unprepared property may affect the appointment or require additional charges.
Payments
Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking or invoicing. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the terms listed on your invoice.
Weather and Drone Operations
Drone services are subject to weather conditions, temporary flight restrictions, FAA regulations, and safe operating conditions. If drone operations cannot be completed safely, they may be rescheduled or substituted with ground photography when appropriate.
Media Usage
Clients receive a license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific property or project for which it was created, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Stanforth Creative Group retains the copyright to all photographs, videos, floor plans, and other media unless otherwise specified by written agreement.
We reserve the right to use completed media for our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested by the client in writing before the project is completed.

Limitation of Liability
