We recommend contacting us several days in advance, especially when you need multiple services such as photography, aerial media, video, and floor plans. Availability can vary, but we will always do our best to accommodate your preferred date and listing schedule.

Next-day appointments may be available depending on our schedule, the property location, and the services requested. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will let you know what appointment options are available.

Our primary service area includes Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, northern Hillsborough, New Tampa, and northern Pinellas counties. We serve communities throughout the Tampa Bay and Nature Coast regions. Properties outside our regular service area may be available by request and could require an additional travel fee.

You do not always need to remain at the property during the entire appointment. However, the photographer must have confirmed access, and the property should be fully prepared before the scheduled arrival time. Any access instructions, lockbox information, gate codes, or community restrictions should be provided in advance.

The property should be clean, staged, and ready before the scheduled appointment. Turn on interior lights, replace burned-out bulbs, open blinds, clear countertops, hide trash cans, remove personal items, secure pets, and prepare exterior areas. We provide clients with a pre-shoot checklist to make this process easier.

No. The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, staging rooms, making beds, moving furniture, organizing belongings, or removing personal items. Small adjustments may be made when practical, but the property must be photography-ready before the appointment begins.

Pets should be removed from the property or safely secured in an area that will not be photographed. Food bowls, crates, litter boxes, beds, toys, and other pet-related items should be placed out of sight whenever possible.

The photographer will photograph the property in its existing condition and will avoid areas that are unsafe or inaccessible. Significant delays, incomplete rooms, or a required return visit may result in additional charges. Completing the provided preparation checklist helps avoid delays and ensures the best results.

We provide professional interior and exterior property photography for residential listings, vacation rentals, commercial properties, apartment communities, builders, and construction projects. Photo counts are flexible and based on the size, layout, and specific needs of each property.

Yes. We provide aerial photography and aerial video captured by an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot. Drone operations are dependent on weather, airspace, property restrictions, safety conditions, and applicable aviation regulations.

A walkthrough video provides a broader visual tour of the property and is designed to show the flow, rooms, features, and exterior. A social media reel is typically shorter, vertically formatted, and edited with faster pacing for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

An interactive 360° virtual tour allows viewers to move through the property online and explore rooms from multiple angles. It can be shared through a direct link or embedded into a compatible website or property page. Interactive hosting is provided for one year, with an annual renewal available after the initial hosting period.

A 2D floor plan provides a clear overhead view of the property layout. A 3D floor plan adds depth and visual perspective to make the layout easier to understand. Creating floor plans requires a separate scan of the property, so all rooms and accessible areas should be ready when we arrive.

Yes. Selected packages may include a dedicated property listing page that brings your photos, video, property information, and other media together in one convenient online presentation. A listing page is not a complete custom property website, but it provides a professional link that can be shared with clients and online.

Standard delivery is generally within 24–48 hours after the appointment. Larger commercial projects, extensive video editing, virtual tours, floor plans, and specialty projects may require additional production time. Your estimated delivery timeline will be discussed when the project is scheduled.

Finished media is delivered digitally through an online gallery or delivery link. Depending on the project, your delivery may include MLS-ready images, high-resolution images, video files, virtual tour links, floor plans, or a property listing page.

Real estate clients receive a limited license to use the delivered media to market the photographed property, including MLS listings, social media, email marketing, brochures, and related listing promotion. Copyright remains with Stanforth Creative Group unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Standard editing includes professional color correction, exposure balancing, straightening, window enhancement, and normal image cleanup. Major object removal, advanced retouching, property alterations, and specialty editing are not included unless requested and may require an additional fee.

Contact us promptly after reviewing your delivery. Reasonable corrections related to our editing or delivery will be reviewed. Requests for additional images, significant re-editing, property changes, or work outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.

Yes. We photograph offices, retail stores, restaurants, medical and dental offices, warehouses, apartment communities, hotels, resorts, industrial properties, and other commercial locations. Pricing depends on the property size, access requirements, intended use, and requested services.

Yes. We can professionally capture a business and upload the completed 360° tour to the client's Google Business Profile for display through Google Search and Google Maps. This is a one-time capture and upload service. The client must provide the required account access or authorization.

Yes. We offer media services for builders, developers, contractors, and new construction communities. Available services include completed-home photography, model-home media, aerial photography and video, construction progress visits, community amenities, floor plans, walkthrough videos, and social media content.

Yes. Construction progress photography can be scheduled as a single visit or at recurring project milestones. We can document exterior development, interior progress, site conditions, major installations, and completed stages. A custom plan can be created for larger or ongoing projects.

Commercial pricing is based on the property type, size, number of spaces, project complexity, required equipment, location, licensing needs, and the final media requested. Smaller commercial projects may use standard starting prices, while larger properties and custom campaigns receive an individual quote.
